A leader in the air band circuit that hit Cornwall and surrounding area in the late 80’s, Bard was amazed when Paula Abdul recruited her to be her on-stage side kick. After sometime,
Paula’s high maintenance attitude and lame jokes got under her skin. No Holds finally lost her temper during a Montreal concert and threw Paula an atomic elbow mid “Straight Up” dance off.
Fortunately for Bard, some New Skids were front row and witnessed the whole sordid ordeal. Thoroughly impressed, they picked up Bard from the alleyway in which she was strewn by security, dusted her off and tossed her onto their roster.
